My writing—on identity, culture, and the arts—has appeared in three editions of Vogue (U.S., Philippines, and Singapore), The New York Times, Newsweek, W, The Village Voice, and other publications. I’m a former executive editor of Vibe and a former editorial director at Lambda Legal.

My freelance writing is currently focused on areas which dovetail with my current interests—visual creativity, including contemporary art, fine art photography, and film and television.
